FAQs

Market Plan is a tool that helps you map out your time at market to ensure a successful and productive visit. There are two ways to create and access your Market Plan: online here at AtlantaMarket.com and on the @Market App. The app also includes additional features beyond the Market Plan that function as your personal market assistant onsite.

Logging in as an Atlanta buyer? We have an account already created for you. Click “activate account” and follow the prompts to setup your password. 

Tip: The email for your app account will be the same email you used to register for Atlanta.

You can log in using the button at the top of this page, or on the @Market App. 

You must be registered for a Market to create a Market Plan. You can still use Guest Mode on the @Market App to access navigation and search. 

Any Market Plan you create is unique to a specific Market. We recommend making a plan for each Market you attend as brands can change locations between shows and new lines are always joining the lineup. You can review past Market Plans and app activity to help you create a new plan for an upcoming market. 

Yes, all Market Plans for past markets are saved under Market Recaps. You cannot add new brands to past plans, but all other functionality remains. Market Plans move to the Market Recap section within the month after a market ends.   

Your Market Plan becomes a Market Recap viewable on AtlantaMarket.com. View all the showrooms you visited, photos you captured and notes you added allowing you to review your trip, finalize any orders and stay connected with exhibitors. You cannot add new brands to past plans, but all other functionality remains. Market Plans move to the Market Recap section within the month after a market ends.   

The @Market App is available for Apple and Android devices! Simply search @Market in the App Store, or AtMarket on Google Play. Download ahead of Market for an optimal experience. 

Yes! Your Market Plan works seamlessly across desktop and the @Market App. 

As soon as you register for a market and activate your @Market account, your Scan & Go QR code will appear on the app. When you arrive at Market, look for the Scan & Go lines in any registration lobby. Simply scan your code and present your photo ID to receive your badge. 

Yes! You can manually search for a brand and add it to your plan on the app, or simply scan the QR code outside of any showroom or booth to log your visit.

Log in to AtlantaMarket.com after the show. Your scanned showrooms, notes and photos from the @Market mobile app will now be stored in your Market Plan. Easily view vendor contact information to reconnect and complete orders.
